Our "La Chapelle" is a limited edition Minervois from our oldest Syrah vines, blended with a hint of Grenache. Named after the 11th Century Chapel that overlooks the vineyard, it is an expressive wine that will stand the test of time.
Aged in oak for 18 months to offer a rich and complex bouquet of black fruits, leather, tobacco and spices.
After ageing in oak barrels, the wine is bottled and kept another 2 years in cellar before being released to our customers.
A long living wine for special occasions.

Notre "La Chapelle" est le vin de référence à St Jacques d’Albas, issu de nos plus vieux cépages de Syrah avec une pointe de Grenache. Cette production limitée est élevée en fût de chêne pendant 18 mois. Il offre un bouquet riche et complexe de fruits noirs, cuir, tabac et épices.
Un vin de garde, pour des occasions spéciales.
Après les 18 mois d'élevage en fût de chêne, nous le gardons en cave pendant 2 ans avant de l'offrir à nos clients.
